Casa Blanca & Mistico Beach Club + Boat Shuttle

Great property and communication, but needs a closer eye on cleaning Positive: We recently stayed at this property and overall had a very nice experience. The home itself is lovely, and the amenities on the property are fantastic. Check-in was an absolute breeze, and the communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. ​However, we did run into an issue with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Upon arrival, we noticed stained bedding, and the shower and shower curtain hadn't been properly cleaned. On the plus side, when we notified housekeeping, they responded incredibly quickly to rectify the situation and get things sorted out for us. ​While the home is beautiful, it just wasn't quite as clean as other properties we’ve rented within this same community. It seems like the cleaning crew focuses mostly on the high-traffic, obviously used areas during checkout turnovers, missing the spots that require a more thorough deep-clean. ​We would still recommend the home, but we'd suggest management pays a bit more attention to detail with their cleaning standard between guests to truly match the quality of the rest of the property. Negative: However, we did run into an issue with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband had to fix the downstairs toilet fill valve several times to get the toilet to flush. Everything was clean, comfy beds very spacious for family. We had an awesome time. Positive: The girl at checkin was friendly and informative.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Casa Blanca and The Pool Club staff were exceptional. We will for sur Positive: We were met at the front door of the house upon on our arrival. We were given a tour of the home, amenities and were told to call anytime if we needed anything.

Great accommodations and amenities. Pool was just a few steps away with a bar. Everything was high end from homes to restaurants and the whole property.

Amazing place to stay and relax. Positive: The property was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home here. Everything we needed was provided. Negative: The pool Club was nice, but it would have been nice to be able to use a pool without having to purchase an item on the menu.
