Casa Moderna & Mistico Beach Club + Boat Shuttle

Good morning, We have stayed at four places over the past two years with you, three of which were great. I’m writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your property called Casa Moderna Fresca, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Throughout our stay, there was ongoing construction noise that was extremely loud and disruptive on a daily basis. I can share videos for you if you would like to hear the noise. It made it difficult to relax, and we were unable to enjoy outdoor areas such as the roof top pool and patios, which was a major reason we chose this rental. Additionally, construction workers were frequently leaving food and drink items on the front walkway, which created an unclean and unwelcoming environment. Inside the home, we experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues: • The refrigerator emitted a constant beeping noise, which was both distracting and frustrating. • The toilet in the master bathroom did not function properly and repeatedly clogged. • There were leftover food containers in the refrigerator upon our arrival, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Given these issues, our stay was significantly impacted, and we were unable to fully enjoy the experience we had planned and paid for. I would appreciate your consideration of a partial refund or other resolution in light of these circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Casa Moderna Fresca was lovely. Very spacious and clean. Could use more dishes but if you’re not planning on cooking it won’t be an issue. The pool is very small so it would have been really nice to have had access to the pool at the main hotel. Or at least have the option of buying a day pass

The accommodations were as expected. Positive: Spacious accommodations. Beautiful resort with restaurants available on site.

I would not rent that unit again.

It is unfortunate there was no accessible breach or reasonable restaurant in the property. Positive: The villa was comfortable. Negative: No matter what we did the floor was very sandy. Also we were not impressed by the beach towels which were not clean.
