Tranquility & Mistico Beach Club + Boat Shuttle

Very nice house with decent amenities. Pool is quite small, but the nearby Pool Club pool is great.

Very beautiful, spacious home! Accommodated three adult couples with use of the casita. Had all of the necessary amenities. Appreciated the tv streaming services and the great sound system. The pool was not large enough to swim in but large enough to soak your feet while you sip a cocktail. The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy the island breeze.

Positive: Its a short drive to the town so as long as you rent golf carts location is decent. The house was clean, nice, and had great AC. Negative: The community pool bar is wildly expensive, and there is a lot of active construction on the property. I had a stressful experience with the concierge. I was hoping to book a boat tour and they said they would help arrange this. In order to set this up I was asked to send money via Zelle which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Because of this I googled the name of the person I was asked to send money to, and when I googled this I was directed to a reputable company "Xsite Belize Sailing and Adventures". I reached out to this company to inquire and ultimately spoke extensively with Tammy (the owner) who informed me that Xsite was her company, and not in any way affiliated with the concierge, nor did she or anyone at her compant receive money via Zelle for future tours. Because of this I asked for a refund, and was initially told no, but after persisting ultimately got my money refunded. Tammy was incredibly kind and made sure that her company accommodated my group. Would definitely recommend Xsite but would make sure to book directly with Tammy!

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the office and escorted to our house. We were given a short list of instructions: no shoes in the house, how to operate the key holder if we want to leave them, how to get ahold of someone if needed) then, we were on our own. The house was open and inviting: Lots of places to sit inside and outside. There were three of us, so the three separate bedrooms worked great. I used the fourth Casita bathroom when we were all getting ready. The small kitchen was well appointed and accommodated our private chef well. Great sleep and a wonderful experience!!

The resort was quiet. The living space was clean. We had a an issue with our toliet, maintenance came within the hour. The amenities include with the property was very nice. The poolclub area has a very nice astatic. Enjoyed the Rum Bean Cafe with fresh pastry and tea. Definitely would recommended
