Casa Brisa & Mistico Beach Club + Boat Shuttle

Thank you again for hosting us. The house and resort are absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The on-site restaurant staff were especially accommodating and friendly, which we really appreciated. I did want to share a few concerns from our stay. Unfortunately, the smoke detector was going off throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to relax. The house also wasn’t as clean as we expected upon arrival, though I took some time to tidy up. Additionally, having to wash towels and clothing during our stay—especially after paying over $1,800—was a bit surprising. Overall, we really do love the property and the resort experience. I just wanted to provide this feedback in hopes it’s helpful for future guests. Also the pool is very very small than I imagine Thank you again.

Positive: Great stay clean accommodating

The Villa was exceptional in terms of quality and service. The management went above and beyond normal service to accommodate us, as I was confined to a wheelchair after surgery, and they constructed a ramp, and provided an office chair with wheels to assist me with my mobility issue. The villa is very spacious, and definitely qualifies as a luxury villa. I highly recommend the villa, and will certainly book it again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Brisa. Staff was super hospitable, and we felt at home all week. The house and pool was amazing. Our one suggestion would be improving the check-in progress. While the WhatsApp video call got the job done, a pin, or a visual aid/map would have made it that much better. Thank you all!
