Have vacation here 8 times love it

The villa was amazing. Looks as described in the picture. Mulkey and the staff made themselves available before, during and after the trip. The poolclub was nice too and the food was delicious as well. I will be back because you have the options to have massages, chef, photographers come to your villa if wanted. San Pedro was a nice vacation. I would recommend this company for a vacation rental home.

I loved it Positive: Clean Negative: No service sometimes

Lovely stay but would hv preferred some beach access to justify the cost- Positive: Very nicely designed and clean- size is perfect for my extended family! Pool is small but nice. The screens are essential for the bugs! Negative: Might have enjoyed the pool a bit more if it was heated. Kitchen missing some amenities - A water cooler is necessary- the water from the fridge filter tasted strange. I didn't like that we dont have access to any beaches - there was ongoing construction but thankfully there was no noise that affected our stay -

Overall this is a beautiful property with great amenities and just far enough away from town! Positive: The property itself is gorgeous!! The home is very new and clean. It's beautiful with the whites, natural wood and the green tones. The back patio, waterfall into the private pool is great!! Farmhouse Cafe is great for morning coffee and snacks and had everything you would need from a grocery store. Negative: The property itself is up and coming off the beaten path. Once all of the properties are complete and there are more people there the Pool restaurant will be more lively. I also felt the restaurant was very overpriced so we did not eat there once.
