House needs update
We stayed at this home end of June. The biggest complain is that there is a swamp land in the back and there are a lot of mosquitos, you can't even enjoy the back deck with the pool without getting bit. A lot of mosquitos swarm around you when swimming. You can even get bit by them opening the front door.
Here are couple of the big issues in the house:
- Washer machine is broken - reported to the property manager but never came back. It needs a new washer machine as the drum is visible
- Wood floor is warped, have to wear slippers inside even though there is a sign said do not wear shoes inside
- House was not thoroughly cleaned, we did notice dust around the house
- many minor issues but livable
